(under the Trade Union of Hoi An Tay ward) in coordination with businesses organizes periodic training on occupational safety and health (OSH) for officials, employees and workers in the company.
This is an activity to update, consolidate knowledge, improve skills to identify and prevent risks that may cause unsafety in the working process.
Through training, workers are raised to proactively protect their own and their colleagues' health and lives; implement procedures correctly, use appropriate protective equipment, and promptly detect and prevent dangerous factors at the workplace.
Thereby contributing to limiting accidents and incidents and building a safe and professional working environment.
Forming a proactive prevention habit
According to the leader of the grassroots Trade Union of Victoria Hoi An Co., Ltd., "safety is the top priority" is gradually becoming a common awareness and action of officials, employees, and workers at Victoria Hoi An Co., Ltd.
Building a safety culture does not just stop at popularizing regulations or requiring workers to comply with procedures.
More importantly, forming a habit of proactive prevention in each job position; from using protective equipment correctly, complying with procedures to reminding and supporting colleagues to well implement regulations on OSH.
