Spreading the good values of Vietnamese families
News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on June 28 said: To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Vietnamese Family Day (June 28, 2001 - June 28, 2026), the Trade Union of the Da Nang City Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion Center organized a meeting and seminar with the theme "Happy Family - Prosperous Country", attracting the participation of all officials, employees and workers of the Center.
This is a practical activity to review the tradition and meaning of Vietnamese Family Day; and at the same time raise awareness about the role and position of families in the cause of building and developing the country, contributing to spreading the good values of Vietnamese families in the new era.
Speaking at the seminar, Mr. Dinh Van Phuc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Deputy Director of the Center, Chairman of the Trade Union - reviewed the 25-year tradition of Vietnamese Family Day and affirmed that family is always the cell of society, the first environment to form personality, nurture cultural, moral values and good traditions of the nation.
Mr. Dinh Van Phuc emphasized that the Party and State always care about building a prosperous, progressive, happy, and civilized Vietnamese family. According to the orientation, building a happy family is not only meaningful to each individual but also an important foundation for building a sustainable developed society, realizing the goal of "Happy Family - Prosperous Country".
Each official, employee and worker needs to continue to promote the good traditions of Vietnamese families, build a civilized, equal, loving, and sharing lifestyle, contributing to building united and developed agencies and units" - Mr. Phuc said.
Motivation for each individual to promote capacity and creativity
In a friendly and open atmosphere, officials, employees and workers of the Center actively participated in exchanging and sharing meaningful stories about family, memories in married life, parenting experiences, building a cultural lifestyle and preserving the traditional values of Vietnamese families.
Many heartfelt opinions have emphasized the role of love, sharing, understanding and responsibility of each member in nurturing a happy home.
In addition, delegates also frankly exchanged views on the challenges in balancing work and family life in the current context, and at the same time proposed many practical solutions to build a humane working environment, creating conditions for officials, employees and workers to feel secure in their work and take good care of their families.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Do Viet Hong - Secretary of the Party Cell, Director of the Center - acknowledged and praised the efforts of all officials, employees and workers in building a prosperous, progressive, happy, and civilized family.
Ms. Hong believes that each happy family is a solid support for each official to feel secure in their work, contribute, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
Ms. Do Viet Hong emphasized that in recent years, the Center's collective has always been united, responsible, and successfully completed the assigned tasks, in which there is an important contribution from the family rear of each official, employee and worker.
Building a happy family not only contributes to improving the quality of life but also creates motivation for each individual to promote their capacity and creativity in work, and together with the Center collective, to excellently complete tasks on industrial promotion and trade promotion, making positive contributions to the socio-economic development of the city" - Ms. Hong said.
