News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on June 27 said: The City Labor Federation organized a ceremony to admit union members and announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Suc Tre Co., Ltd. in Lien Chieu Industrial Park.
At the ceremony, the City Labor Federation announced the decision to admit 57 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization; announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Suc Tre Co., Ltd. and the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union consisting of 5 members.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ngo Duc Thinh - Director of the Company affirmed that he will continue to pay attention to and create favorable conditions for grassroots trade unions to operate effectively, perform well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks congratulated the new member of the Trade Union organization and requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to quickly develop operating regulations, promoting the role of a bridge between workers and employers.
At the same time, actively propagate and mobilize union members to well comply with the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and the internal labor regulations of enterprises; organize activities to care for and protect the rights of union members and workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
