On November 25, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) announced that the Trade Union of Dai Dung Nghi Son Mechanical Manufacturing Joint Stock Company held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term.
The Congress was attended by representatives of the Party Committee, government and Trade Union of Hai Binh Ward; Company leaders and 151 outstanding delegates, representing 412 union members and workers of the unit.
Established in May 2025, the company's Trade Union currently has 412 union members (an increase of 110 people after nearly 6 months). The average income of workers is about 12 million VND/month. Although newly formed, the Trade Union has implemented many activities to care for and protect rights, promote propaganda and mobilization, and actively participate in social security movements and voluntary blood donation.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the first term and the delegation to attend the 21st Thanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
The success of the congress is a great source of encouragement for union members and workers.
