In the period of 2022-2025, despite being affected by fluctuations in fuel prices, extreme weather and a competitive electricity market, the Company's Trade Union has comprehensively completed the targets of the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress V, actively contributing to the production and business results.
For the entire term, the electricity output reached 27.77 billion kWh; more than 573 billion VND was paid to the budget. Employment, income, and benefits are maintained stably; the average income of workers is 16.1 million VND/person/month.
Safety work, operational discipline, and building corporate culture have been seriously implemented, creating a united and stable working environment.
The trade union closely coordinates with the professional sector to implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulations, periodic dialogues, policy supervision, occupational safety and health, and organize labor conferences.

The movements "Good workers, Creative workers", "Safe and economical operation", "Green - Clean - Beautiful - occupational safety and health", "1 million initiatives - 10,000 initiatives" were effectively implemented; the whole company has 211 recognized initiatives, many solutions to help improve working conditions and save costs.
The work of caring for the lives and welfare of workers is focused on with a total budget of more than 46 billion VND, through the programs: "Thank you to workers", "Union Meal", visiting, relaxing, supporting natural disasters, taking care of workers' children...
In the past term, 69 outstanding union members were admitted to the Party. Women's work activities have recorded many outstanding results, 100% of female union members have registered for the movement "Good at public work - Good at housework"; health care and support for female workers have been maintained practically.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung - General Director of the Company - acknowledged the efforts of cadres, union members, and employees, and at the same time requested the 6th Trade Union to continue to innovate, accompany businesses, and promote the spirit of "Innovation - Accompanying - Sustainable Development".
Trade unions need to focus on 5 key tasks: caring for and protecting employees; promoting emulation in production and business; building a culture of safety; promoting digital transformation in trade union governance; building a workforce of "intellect - Professional - Responsible - Civilized - Loyalty".
The Congress also focused on discussing and proposing key directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term. The core goal is to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, perform well the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
Promoting the spirit of democracy and responsibility, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union, term VI, consisting of 11 comrades; elected a delegation to attend the Congress of the higher-level Trade Union.
