At the conference, the organizing committee announced the decision to admit 30 employees of Moc Dan Dung Van Si Co., Ltd. to the Vietnam Trade Union organization; announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Moc Dan Dung Van Si Co., Ltd.
The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union consists of 3 members, with Ms. Phan Thi Hoang Hiep holding the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union for the first term.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions creates conditions for employees at enterprises to have representative organizations, participate in activities to care for and protect legitimate and lawful rights and interests; and at the same time contribute to building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh - Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation congratulated 30 officially joining the Trade Union organization.
Ms. Anh proposed that the grassroots trade union executive committee soon develop operating regulations, assign specific tasks to each member; proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers, and play a good role in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
At the same time, grassroots trade unions need to coordinate with employers to build a safe and stable working environment; promote propaganda and mobilize union members to comply with the company's internal regulations and rules, actively compete in labor, and improve productivity, quality and work efficiency.
It is proposed that union members and workers promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, actively participate in Trade Union activities; thereby building grassroots trade unions to be increasingly strong, truly a support for workers.
