Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, there were Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Linh - President; Mr. Le Van Dai - Permanent Vice President, along with leaders and experts from the departments.
On the side of Da Nang City Social Insurance, there were comrade Nguyen Tri Dai, Director of the City Social Insurance, Deputy Directors, and leaders and experts from professional departments.
The 2025-2030 coordination program was developed with the goal of strengthening close cooperation between the two agencies in organizing the implementation of policies and laws on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Thereby better protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, while contributing to expanding the coverage of social security, improving the quality of service for people and businesses.
According to the program, the city's Social Insurance and the Da Nang City Labor Federation will focus on coordinating the implementation of many key tasks.
In particular, focusing on propaganda and dissemination of policies and laws on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance to union members, employees, and employers in many flexible forms, suitable for each target group.
The two sides will also coordinate to organize conferences, seminars, and dialogues to promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations, and remove difficulties and obstacles arising in the process of implementing policies at the grassroots level.
Expectations to create positive changes
In addition, the coordination program clearly identifies the responsibilities of each party in monitoring and supervising compliance with the law on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance at enterprises; promptly detects, reflects and recommends handling of violations, late payment, evasion of payment, and ensures the legitimate rights of employees.
Coordination in inspection, examination, complaint and denunciation settlement and lawsuit for violations of the law was also emphasized, in the spirit of avoiding overlap, improving efficiency and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, the leaders of the two units affirmed the necessity of signing the coordination program, and at the same time requested coordination and support in the work so that the coordination program can be implemented effectively.
On the basis of the signed Program, the leaders of the two units agreed to direct departments, professional departments, and affiliated units to urgently concretize the coordination content with practical and practical plans and solutions, attaching the responsibility of each unit and individual in the implementation process.
The 2025-2030 coordination program is expected to create positive changes in improving the effectiveness of implementing social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance policies in the city, contributing to better protecting the rights of workers, strengthening trust in the social security system and contributing to the sustainable development of Da Nang city in the coming years.
