News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on June 20th said: The City Labor Federation organized a ceremony to admit 37 union members and announced the decision to establish grassroots trade unions at BEMAX Production and Trading Co., Ltd. (Hoa Khanh Industrial Park expansion) and Vin Gold High-Tech Paint Co., Ltd. (Hoa Khanh Industrial Park).
Attending the programs were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Da Nang Industrial Parks; business leaders and all employees of the two companies.
After a process of propaganda and mobilization, 23 workers at BEMAX Production and Trading Co., Ltd. and 14 workers at Vin Gold High-Tech Paint Co., Ltd. voluntarily joined the Trade Union organization.
At the ceremony, the Da Nang City Labor Federation announced the decisions to admit union members, establish grassroots trade unions and appoint the Executive Committee of grassroots trade unions at two enterprises.
Comrade Tran Huynh Nhat Duc was appointed as Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union of BEMAX Production and Trading Co., Ltd.; Comrade Le Thi Nhat Hieu was appointed as Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union of Vin Gold High-Tech Paint Co., Ltd.
Speaking at the ceremonies, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung congratulated trade union members and the Executive Committees of newly established grassroots trade unions; and emphasized the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung requested the Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions to urgently develop operating regulations and work programs suitable to the business situation; actively propagate and mobilize employees to well comply with the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State, and internal labor regulations of enterprises; promote the role of a bridge between employees and employers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Representatives of the Executive Committees of newly established grassroots trade unions spoke to receive the assignment, expressing their determination to promote the spirit of responsibility, unite and gather union members, effectively organize activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of workers, contributing to the sustainable development of enterprises.
The continuous establishment of grassroots trade unions and the admission of union members in June 2026 continues to affirm the effectiveness of the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions of the Da Nang Industrial Zones Trade Union Board; and at the same time contributes to the implementation of the target of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions of the Da Nang City Labor Federation in 2026.
