News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on September 24th said: The Da Nang City Labor Federation in coordination with the Department of Health and Hoa Khanh Ward People's Committee organized the program "Full Moon Night - Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" in 2026 for children of union members, workers in difficult circumstances and children in special circumstances in Hoa Khanh ward.
At the program, 300 children who are children of workers and laborers working in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, Lien Chieu Industrial Park, High-Tech Park and children in difficult circumstances of Hoa Khanh ward were able to participate in Mid-Autumn Festival activities, exchange, enjoy art performances, lion dances and feast breaking.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented 300 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts, each worth 300,000 VND, including 100,000 VND in cash and gifts worth 200,000 VND. In which, the City Labor Federation supported 250 gifts; 50 gifts were supported by the Da Nang City Charity and Child Rights Protection Association.
In addition, the program awarded 30 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, to children in difficult circumstances who have achievements in overcoming difficulties and striving in their studies.
Mid-Autumn Festival Night - Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" is a practical activity to bring to children, especially children of workers and laborers in difficult circumstances, a joyful, warm and meaningful Mid-Autumn season.
Thereby, encouraging and motivating children to overcome difficulties, strive to study and train; and at the same time showing the joint efforts of all levels, sectors and Trade Union organizations in caring for, protecting and educating children.
