News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on June 20th said: Implementing the 2026 Coordination Program between the Da Nang City Labor Federation and the City Social Insurance (BHXH) on propaganda of policies and laws on social insurance, health insurance (BHYT), unemployment insurance (BHTN) and Trade Union Law, in June 2026, the two units coordinated to organize propaganda conferences at many businesses in the city.
The conferences were held at businesses in high-tech parks and industrial parks, including: Yuri ABC Da Nang Co., Ltd., Foxlink Electronics Da Nang Co., Ltd., RGM Da Nang Co., Ltd., Whitex Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd. and Mabuchi Motor Da Nang Co., Ltd., with the participation of more than 1,500 union members and workers.
Through conferences, union members and workers are updated on new points of the 2024 Social Insurance Law and new regulations on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance that take effect in 2025 and 2026; are guided to install and use the VssID - Digital Social Insurance application to monitor the process of participating and enjoying insurance benefits; and are also answered about problems related to policies and laws on labor, employment, occupational safety and health and the Trade Union Law.
Propaganda activities are aimed at raising awareness and legal knowledge for union members and workers about their rights and obligations when participating in insurance types, as well as helping workers better understand the role, functions and practical benefits when joining the Trade Union organization.
According to the coordination plan, in 2026, the two units will coordinate to organize about 30 propaganda conferences and direct dialogues with workers at enterprises, grassroots trade unions and self-managed worker groups in boarding houses in the city, striving to complete before December 15, 2026.
Through the coordination program, the Da Nang City Labor Federation and the City Social Insurance continue to affirm their role in accompanying, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises in the city.
