Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Hung: With the role of a key regional university of the country, Thai Nguyen University (ĐHTN) has been and is implementing 5 breakthrough strategies in the 2026-2030 period: Restructuring the apparatus, innovating university governance, towards "jointly unifying the implementation of common goals, missions, and tasks"; developing a team of lecturers with creative capacity and aspirations to contribute; improving training quality, promoting scientific research and technology transfer, supporting startup and innovation activities; developing training programs and quality accreditation of education according to international standards; building ĐHTN into a digital university and being in the group of 500 leading universities in Asia.
Among the above strategies, university governance innovation is a key highlight contributing to changing management thinking, innovating training programs according to international approaches to meet the increasing demands of the labor market in the context of increasingly strong digital transformation.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Hung: ĐHTN has built many incentive mechanisms, ignited the spirit of dedication, and created motivation for cadres, civil servants, and workers to best complete assigned tasks; there is a mechanism to protect cadres who innovate, are creative, dare to think, dare to do.
ĐHTN is interested in solutions to develop an innovative working environment throughout the university based on mechanisms and policies to select, attract, and value talents; ensuring promotion opportunities for public employees based on achievements, actual work products, and ethical qualities and prestige of public employees.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Hung: DHTN Trade Union plays an important role in accompanying union members in professional and nghiệp vụ work, contributing to improving the quality of training and scientific research.
ĐHTN Trade Union is also an effective bridge to promote emulation movements for good teaching, good learning and scientific innovation, in which the goal is to build a united and creative collective, contributing to enhancing the position and prestige of ĐHTN. The spirit of innovation and creativity is spreading, becoming a vital factor for ĐHTN and member universities to effectively implement Resolution 57 and Resolution 71 of the Politburo.

The Congress takes place in the context of the country entering a new era - the era of national rise, associated with the strategic orientation from the 14th Party Congress.
I realize that trade unions need to be responsible for accompanying the country's development in the new period by promoting the emulation movement of good labor, creative labor, and improving labor productivity to aim for the country's high economic growth.
