According to the decision of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, the Duy Xuyen Commune Labor Union was established with 12 grassroots unions, gathering 7,990 union members. The Provisional Executive Committee consists of 9 comrades, the Standing Committee has 3 comrades, and Comrade Phan Van Anh Tuan was appointed to hold the position of Chairman.
