Confirming with Lao Dong, the leader of Tan Hoi commune said that a fire had just occurred at a match factory in Tan Hoi Industrial Cluster.
According to this person, the entire factory was burned down, but no human casualties were recorded. Because the factory had a power outage on August 2, there were no workers at work at the time of the fire, only security guards on duty at the scene.
