In the days leading up to the Lunar New Year, Ty Bach Co., Ltd. became more bustling when the Trade Union organized a year-end meal for union members and workers, contributing to bonding and sharing after a year of hard work.
Attending the meal, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan, a worker who has been attached to the company for more than 10 years, said that every year-end, she is looking forward to this meaningful activity.
For many years, I have attended meals organized by the Trade Union. Although not elaborate, it is very cozy, helping workers clearly feel the concern of the Trade Union and the business," Ms. Lan shared.
According to Ms. Lan, for workers far from home who do not have the conditions to return home early to celebrate Tet, the year-end meal is like an early Tet, helping to alleviate homesickness and create more motivation to continue working.
Sharing the same feeling, Mr. Tran Van Nam said that the year-end meal is not only a meal but also an opportunity for workers to rest, chat, and share with colleagues.
After a year of stressful work, being cared for by the Trade Union like that, we feel secure and have more motivation to stick with the company for a long time," Mr. Nam said.
According to records, the year-end meal at Ty Bach Co., Ltd. took place in a joyful and warm atmosphere. The radiant smiles of workers at the year-end meal table clearly showed the effectiveness of the spiritual life care activities organized by the Trade Union.
100% of workers have Tet
Talking about this activity, Ms. Lam Thi Ngoc Ha - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of Ty Bach Co., Ltd. said that the Tet Eve meal is an annual activity, showing practical concern and care for union members and workers during the Lunar New Year.
Through the program, the Trade Union hopes that workers will clearly feel the companionship of the Trade Union organization and businesses, thereby being more assured of working, long-term commitment and striving to successfully complete assigned tasks.
According to Ms. Ha, besides the year-end meal, the grassroots Trade Union also coordinates with the Company's Board of Directors to organize many other care activities such as visiting workers in difficult circumstances, promptly supporting special cases, and maintaining cultural, artistic, and sports activities to improve the material and spiritual life of workers.
Providing more information about the program, Mr. Truong Thanh Dung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation said that this Tet holiday, the provincial-level "Trade Union Year-End Meal" is organized at 3 units, including: Ty Bach Co., Ltd. (Binh Minh Industrial Park), TV Pharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and GENNOVA GROUP Co., Ltd., with about 2,700 union members and workers participating.
According to Mr. Dung, in addition to provincial-level organizational points, grassroots Trade Unions also proactively coordinate with the Board of Directors of enterprises to flexibly organize year-end meals, suitable to the production and business conditions of each unit, in order to ensure that 100% of workers are participating and cared for during Tet.
Through year-end meals and Tet care activities, the Trade Union organization continues to affirm its representative role, accompanying workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises," Mr. Dung emphasized.
