On the afternoon of November 6, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation held a meeting and encouraged the delegation of students of Ha Tinh College of Technology before leaving for Hue City to support people in overcoming the consequences of floods.
Attending the meeting were comrade Nguyen The Hoan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation; comrade Ngo Dinh Van - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; teacher Nguyen Trong Tan - Principal of the school and teachers in the Board of Directors, representatives of departments, faculties and unions.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen The Hoan praised the spirit of volunteering for the community of the school's staff, lecturers and students. He emphasized that supporting people in flooded areas demonstrates the spirit of mutual love and social responsibility of Ha Tinh youth; at the same time, it is an opportunity for students to promote their expertise and practice practical skills.
Immediately after the meeting, a volunteer group of lecturers and students from Ha Tinh College of Technology set off to Hue City to organize free motorbike repair and maintenance for students and people whose vehicles were flooded during the recent flood.
This meaningful activity contributes to helping people in flooded areas soon stabilize their lives, spreading the spirit of sharing and responsibility to the community of union members and students in Ha Tinh.
