Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front (FFF), Central organizations chaired the Conference.
Informing about the situation of affiliated press agencies, Mr. Nguyen Minh Chung, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations, said that currently, press agencies under party organizations under the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations have 39 agencies, including 8 newspapers of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; 31 press agencies under mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State.
Currently, press agencies have been streamlined, converting their operating models towards "one agency - many publications - many platforms", in line with the trend of modern journalism. Most agencies have formed a gathering committee, integrating print newspapers, electronic newspapers, social networks and producing multimedia content.
The new operating model has helped the Front press and mass organizations increase their professionalism and efficiency, spread human values, strengthen the great national unity bloc and contribute to protecting the Party's ideological foundation in the context of digital transformation and international integration.
Regarding the propaganda orientation, Mr. Nguyen Minh Chung said that November 2025 is the time of many important political and social events, the peak of the propaganda work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front system, socio-political organizations and mass organizations. The press needs to continue to innovate content and methods, improve orientation, fighting spirit and humanity, both ensuring the service of political tasks and creating a positive spillover effect in society.
Accordingly, the orientation of propaganda in November includes: Propaganda on collecting public opinions on draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; Propagating the results of the 13th and 14th Central Conference of the 13th National Party Congress and preparations for the 14th National Party Congress; Propagating the celebration of the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025); Propagating the results of the arrangement of the organization and apparatus of local governments at both levels and the Vietnam Fatherland Front system at all levels; Propagating on the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly and other key contents.
At the Conference, representatives of press agencies discussed and contributed opinions on the results of information and propaganda work, and proposed solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of work in the coming time.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations affirmed that this press conference is of great significance, an opportunity for press agencies under the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations to exchange and share experiences in organizing activities.
From the results of the Conference, press agencies need to maintain monthly and quarterly meetings, thereby improving the quality of activities.
Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc suggested that press and media agencies in the Front system and central organizations need to fully demonstrate their important position and role in organizing activities, expressing the voice of each press agency to contribute to building and firmly consolidating the great national unity bloc. Along with that, press agencies need to innovate methods and methods of operating newspapers and magazines according to the new model.
"Each press agency needs to set specific motto, ensuring agility, accuracy, accuracy and persuasion in each article and each publication. At the same time, strengthen solidarity, coordination, and mutual support in activities, creating common strength in the press system of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations" - Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc suggested.
