In the first quarter of 2026, industrial park trade union levels proactively implemented tasks, achieving many positive results. The work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers was concerned; propaganda and mobilization activities were promoted; patriotic emulation movements among workers, civil servants, and laborers were widely deployed, contributing to stabilizing production and business at enterprises.
Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation Vu Hong Minh acknowledged and praised the results that industrial park trade union levels have achieved in the past time.
Vice Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that in the second quarter of 2026, trade union levels need to continue to focus on performing well a number of key tasks such as: promoting propaganda, grasping the ideological situation and working life of workers; effectively organizing "Workers' Month" activities in 2026; strengthening dialogue, negotiation, and signing collective labor agreements; improving the quality of grassroots trade union activities.
On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union work in 2025.
