The Trade Union of Ban Thach Ward, Da Nang City, has just organized a conference to announce the decision to establish the Trade Union of Green Energy Auto Joint Stock Company.
At the conference, Ban Thach Ward Trade Union announced the decision of the City Labor Federation on admitting 36 workers to the trade union organization. At the same time, announced the decision to establish the Trade Union of Green Energy Automobile Joint Stock Company.
Along with that, the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee of 5 people and the Inspection Committee of 3 people were also officially launched, marking a new step in the development of trade union organization activities at enterprises.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Huynh Tan Lich - Chairman of Ban Thach Ward Trade Union - emphasized the important role and position of trade union organizations in enterprises, especially in the context of the increasingly developed workforce and labor force in both quantity and quality.
According to Mr. Huynh Tan Lich, trade unions are not only organizations representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, but also an important bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
With the assigned tasks, leaders of Ban Thach Ward Trade Union expressed their belief that the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Green Energy Automobile Joint Stock Company will promote its role and responsibility well, build an increasingly strong trade union organization, become a reliable support for union members and workers, contributing to the stable and sustainable development of the enterprise.
