To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Kinh Mon Ward Trade Union has coordinated with businesses in the area to organize many activities to practically care for union members and workers.
At Phuc Son Cement Company, the Ward Union coordinated with the Executive Committee of the grassroots Union to organize a "Union Meal" for 468 union members and workers. Each meal is worth 60,000 VND, of which the grassroots union supports an additional 40,000 VND compared to the daily shift meal.
The menu is supplemented with many dishes such as shrimp, chicken, pork, yogurt, helping workers have delicious, nutritious meals. On this occasion, the Trade Union of Phuc Son Cement Company also presented 6 gifts, each worth VND300,000, to union members and workers with a disability of 31% or more.
Also in the series of activities, Kinh Mon Ward Union coordinated with Namelee International Company Limited Union to organize a "Union Meal" for 500 union members and workers. The program took place in the collective kitchen with simple dishes, rich in family flavor, bringing warmth and encouragement.

The activities of "Union Meals" not only care about material life but also show concern and gratitude to workers, affirming the role of the Union accompanying workers. This is also an opportunity for union leaders and businesses to directly listen to their thoughts and aspirations, encourage their spirit, and create more motivation for union members and workers to feel secure in their attachment and contribute to the common development of the company and the locality.
The simple but warm meals have left many beautiful impressions, helping union members and workers gain more confidence in the Trade Union organization, while contributing to spreading the 96-year tradition of building and maturing of the Vietnam Trade Union.
