At the 6th Patriotic Emulation Congress among Vietnamese Textile and Garment Workers for the period 2020-2025 and setting out the direction and tasks of the patriotic emulation movement among Vietnamese workers and Trade Union activities for the period 2025-2030 organized by Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union and Vietnam Textile and Garment Group, the Trade Union of Garment Corporation 10 - JSC is one of the units with many collectives and individuals being commended.
In particular, Garment 10 collective was honored as a typical advanced collective and achieved the title of Outstanding Enterprise for Vietnamese Textile and Garment workers for the 7th time - 2025; 12 individuals were voted as outstanding advanced collectives. Among the 12 outstanding typical advanced individuals, there is 1 outstanding worker who is a Party member in 2025; individuals who won awards at the 3rd and 4th Creative Labor Festival; individuals who won the Nguyen Thi Sen Award in 2021.
In particular, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dao - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Garment Corporation 10-CTCP - is honored to be one of 10 outstanding female workers in the whole industry to be awarded the Nguyen Thi Sen Award in 2025.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Dao, one of the factors that has helped the emulation movements at Garment Corporation 10 to be widely supported and achieved by union members and workers is the consensus in the direction and coordination of implementation; linking the emulation movement with the interests of workers.
