In the 2023-2025 period, amid many fluctuations in the energy market and challenges in the domestic market, Petrovietnam Trade Union will still synchronously deploy the task of representing, caring for and protecting the rights of workers, creating a foundation for harmonious and stable labor relations throughout the Group.
The trade union pays special attention to forces in difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses, work accidents, low incomes as well as those working on drilling rigs, coastal works, in projects far away and abroad, contributing to ensuring social security and maintaining the working spirit.
Workers' lives are improved through investment in cultural - sports institutions and traditional programs.
Social security activities such as the Trade Union Shelter, Petrovietnam Charity House, Trade Union Meal, along with nearly 150 billion VND to support people in flood-affected areas, have continued to spread the culture of affection of Petrovietnam people.
By completing the 7th Congress early and exceeding all targets, Petrovietnam Trade Union continues to affirm its leading position in the country in terms of negotiation quality and signing of Collective Labor Agreements.
The outstanding mark of the term is the strong promotion of the innovation movement throughout the Group. Emulation movements such as "Good workers - Creative workers", "Petrovietnam Innovation", emulation to complete management plans and on key projects are all implemented synchronously, associated with the political tasks of each unit. Thanks to that, many initiatives and technical improvements have been formed, contributing to improving productivity, quality and production and business efficiency.
In particular, the "Petrovietnam Innovation" program achieved outstanding results: In 2024, 3,432 creative products were recorded (exceeding the target by 268%), with a value of nearly VND 8,000 billion. By November 2025, there were 1,451 more products with nearly 11,300 billion VND in benefits. A total of 4,883 products were achieved in 2 years, approaching the target of 5,000 products by 2028, affirming strong influence throughout the system.
Emulation movements are maintained regularly, each year recording thousands of practical solutions, contributing to cost optimization, quality improvement, ensuring safety and production efficiency. At the same time, these results have demonstrated the intelligence, bravery and aspiration to contribute of Petrovietnam employees, making an important contribution to the construction and development of the Group.
