The work of negotiating, signing and implementing Collective Labor Agreements has been seriously implemented in accordance with the process, achieving high quality. Units in the Group have basically completed negotiating and signing Collective Labor Agreements, with many provisions that are superior to current legal regulations, ensuring practical benefits in terms of salary, bonuses, welfare regimes and other internal policies for employees.

Trade unions at all levels not only regularly contribute opinions to the new policy mechanism, but also supervise the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement, evaluate quality and improve implementation efficiency, and at the same time strengthen two-way dialogue between employees, trade unions and employers, ensuring harmonious benefits between businesses, the State and employees.

In 2025, according to the results of the quality classification of the Collective Labor Agreement of Petrovietnam Trade Union for 119 Collective Labor Agreements, there will be 118 classified as A, only 1 classified as B.

This result clearly reflects the quality of negotiation and high consensus between employers and trade unions, and at the same time affirms the effectiveness of the Collective Labor Agreement in creating a legal corridor to protect employees early, from afar and widely.
