In the 2023-2025 period, the Trade Union of Vietnam Petroleum Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) closely follows its political tasks, playing a core role in stabilizing ideology, representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees, contributing to creating a foundation for the Corporation to maintain growth rate.
PTSC Trade Union has proactively participated in developing regulations directly related to employees, from Collective Labor Agreements to salary - bonus regulations, ensuring that all benefits are higher than or equivalent to legal regulations.
Periodic dialogues were maintained substantially, all questions and recommendations were answered promptly; many specific issues in a multi-location, high-intensity working environment were properly handled, maintaining harmonious and stable labor relations.
In particular, the emulation movement is promoted, especially at key projects in oil and gas mechanics, operation services - maintenance and renewable energy offshore - the pioneering PTSC sector in the Group. Many initiatives and improvements of workers have been recognized and applied, contributing to cost reduction, progress shortening, and improving technical quality; along with 1,620 training courses with more than 38,000 participants, helping to improve the skills of engineers and workers.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, PTSC Trade Union determined to continue to take workers as the center, build a safe - harmonious - progressive working environment; strengthen the quality of welfare; focus on taking care of workers away from home, on sea projects and at facilities with harsh working conditions.
The trade union orients innovation in emulation movements in the direction of closely linking with production and business tasks, encouraging initiatives, improving techniques, promoting digital transformation and improving labor productivity; building a team of professional, brave trade union cadres with the capacity to dialogue and negotiate according to international standards, in line with the requirements of deep integration.
