The Trade Union also orients the innovation of emulation movements in the direction of closely linking with production and business tasks; encourages the movement of technical innovation initiatives, optimizes operations, reduces costs and strengthens coordination with the Board of Directors in digital transformation programs, and trains new skills for workers.
Standardizing the team of union officials, modernizing the management of union members and continuing to build Vietsovpetro culture is considered an important pillar in the coming term.
