Accordingly, the Trade Union of Vietnam Railway Corporation coordinated with Ha Ninh Railway Joint Stock Company to organize the inauguration ceremony and hand over the charity house to the family of Mr. Pham Khac Nguyen (residing in Nam Son ward, Tam Diep city, Ninh Binh).
Mr. Pham Khac Nguyen is a railway worker (under Ha Ninh Railway Joint Stock Company). Mr. Nguyen's family is one of the cases in difficult circumstances.

Mr. Nguyen is the main breadwinner in the family, with limited income, while his wife unfortunately had a work accident, lost 55% of her health, and could not work hard.
For many years, the couple has no home, having to live in their parents' level 4 house to work and raise 2 young children to study.
With the attention of the Trade Union at all levels, especially the Trade Union of Vietnam Railway Corporation, his family was supported with 160 million VND to build a new house.

Mr. Nguyen shared that the new house was built on an area of 85m2, with a total construction cost of 280 million VND, of which the Vietnam Railway Company Trade Union supported 70 million VND, Ha Ninh Railway Joint Stock Company supported 90 million VND. The remaining amount of money his family borrowed from relatives and relatives. After nearly 3 months, the house was completed.
"My wife and I are very happy, so our long-standing dream has come true. I am very touched by the affection, care and sharing of the trade unions at all levels as well as the leadership and colleagues in the company. This is a source of motivation for me to continue working, contributing to the development of the company" - Mr. Nguyen shared.

Mr. Mai Thanh Phuong - Chairman of the Trade Union of Vietnam Railway Corporation said that the policy of repairing and building charity houses for employees in difficult circumstances has always been of interest to Vietnam Railway Corporation and Vietnam Railway Trade Union.
"From 2004 to present, the Corporation and the Vietnam Railway Trade Union have supported the construction and repair of 260 charity houses for workers in difficult circumstances with a total amount of over 5.7 billion VND" - Mr. Phuong said.
