Implementing the 2025 work program, in order to grasp the production and business activities of enterprises, life, employment, thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers, the Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union organized a working delegation to visit and work with the grassroots trade union of Vietnam Electricity Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.
At the meeting, representatives of the business leaders provided general information on the production and business situation, operating results in the past time and direction and tasks in the coming time. At the same time, report to the working group on the coordination with grassroots trade unions in caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.
In the context of many economic difficulties, the company always strives to maintain stable employment, ensure average income for employees, and at the same time deploy measures to improve production efficiency and ensure labor safety. In addition, the Company also focuses on developing human resources, enhancing training, improving skills for workers, creating a friendly, united and professional working environment, shared the leader of Vietnam Electricity Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

Ms. Vuong Thi Anh - Chairwoman of Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the enterprise has achieved in production, business as well as the care for union members and workers.
Ms. Vuong Thi Anh emphasized the role of the Trade Union organization in acting as a bridge between workers and business owners, and at the same time suggested that the Trade Unions continue to closely coordinate with business leaders to promptly resolve arising issues, paying more attention to the material and spiritual life of workers, especially during major holidays.
Also on this occasion, the working group directly visited and encouraged a number of union members and workers at the enterprise, shared difficulties and problems and listened to the opinions and recommendations of workers.
