On August 7, the Provincial Federation of Labor (LĐLĐ) of Phú Yên province organized the Conference to Commend Outstanding Trade Union Cadres and Meet with Generations of Trade Union Cadres on the occasion of the 95th Anniversary of the Founding of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Sharing at the conference, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Lệ Thủy - Head of the Women's Committee of the CĐCS of Lê Văn Tám Secondary School (LĐLĐ of Đồng Xuân District) felt happy and honored to be listed for the first time in the list of commendation and reward this time.
"To care for union members, laborers, and Trade Union cadres, they must be bold in speaking out to protect the rights and interests of their colleagues. I will strive to serve and contribute to the development of the Trade Union organization," Mrs. Thủy said.
Representing laborers in the education sector, Mr. Tran Manh Hung - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Education Sector hopes that the higher levels of the Trade Union will pay more attention to laborers in educational institutions, as this group has a very low salary coefficient.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Dang Ngoc Anh - Chairman of the LĐLĐ of Phú Yên province - said that in recent years, with the role of representing and protecting laborers, the Trade Union at all levels has supported millions of union members in difficulty.

Mrs. Dinh Thi Thu Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Mass Mobilization Commission of the Provincial Party Committee of Phú Yên evaluated that in recent years, Vietnam has continued to integrate into the world. Therefore, the requirement to improve the quality of human resources, solve labor and employment issues, and care for the lives of laborers; mobilize and develop union members, establish CĐCS has great significance.
"Therefore, the Trade Union should actively coordinate with the authorities to regularly innovate the content and form of launching and implementing emulation movements. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to building relationships between the Trade Union and laborers and employers," Mrs. Dinh Thi Thu Thanh said.
At the conference, the LĐLĐ of Phú Yên province awarded commendations to 95 outstanding Trade Union cadres, outstanding female CĐCS cadres, and excellent cadres.
