News from An Hai Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on September 5 said: An Hai Ward Trade Union organized a conference to announce the decision to admit union members and establish the grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of Ngon Vietnam Trading and Service Company in Da Nang.
At the conference, the An Hai Ward Trade Union announced the decision to admit 44 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization and the decision to establish the Grassroots Trade Union of Ngon Vietnam Trading and Service Company in Da Nang with 44 union members. The Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union includes 5 comrades; comrade Nguyen Huu Sang was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Do Duc Tinh - Chairman of An Hai Ward Trade Union, congratulated the union members and the Executive Committee of the newly established grassroots trade union. The comrade requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to soon stabilize the organization, build operating regulations, and assign specific tasks to each member.
Proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers, well perform the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Mr. Do Duc Tinh also requested the grassroots trade union to strengthen coordination with employers to build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations; pay attention to material and spiritual life and organize practical activities for union members.
At the same time, propagate and mobilize workers to well comply with the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State and business regulations; actively respond to emulation movements, contributing to improving the efficiency of production and business activities.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions and the admission of 44 new union members contributed to expanding the Trade Union organization in An Hai ward, creating conditions for workers to be gathered, cared for, represented and protected their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
