6 inter-level boarding schools for primary and secondary school in phase 1 of Tuyen Quang province are being implemented in Thanh Thuy, Minh Tan, Pa Vay Su, Pho Bang, Xin Man and Son Vi communes.
In which, 2 schools in Thanh Thuy and Minh Tan have completed all items, meeting the conditions for putting them into use. The remaining 4 schools will organize opening ceremonies at the main completed items, and then continue construction.

At Thanh Thuy Inter-level Boarding School, teachers and students are excitedly preparing for the opening ceremony. Preparations for the new school year have been completed.
In the 2026 - 2027 school year, the school has 1,077 students in 33 classes, including 567 primary school students with 17 classes and 510 secondary school students with 16 classes. Of which, 570 students from grades 1 to 9 are arranged to stay in boarding houses; 507 students study at semi-boarding.
According to teacher Nguyen Thi Thuy Quynh, Acting Principal of Thanh Thuy Inter-level Boarding School for Primary and Secondary Schools, the facilities are invested synchronously, creating favorable conditions for the school to organize teaching, care for and manage students. However, with the large number of boarding and semi-boarding students, the responsibility of officials, teachers and staff is also higher.
The school has reviewed and assigned specific tasks to each official, teacher, and staff; prepared conditions to serve learning, accommodation, health care and ensure safety for students.
Student Vang Thi Lien, Thanh Thuy Inter-level Boarding School, said: "We are very happy and excited to study in a new spacious school with full facilities.
With good learning conditions, we will try to achieve good results, not disappointing everyone.
Similarly, Minh Tan Inter-level Boarding School for Primary and Secondary Schools has also completed all items, been accepted, handed over and test-operated before the opening day.
To complete it in time, hundreds of engineers and workers were mobilized to work in 3 shifts, 4 crews. Construction units are diligently working on the construction site with the goal of creating the best learning conditions for students in the new school year.

For schools in Pa Vay Su, Pho Bang, Xin Man and Son Vi that have not completed the entire project, construction units focus on completing the main items, arranging the ceremony area and implementing safety measures.
After the opening ceremony, the project continues to be constructed; students are arranged to study and stay according to the plans of each locality until the school is qualified to operate.
At Pa Vay Su school, theoretical classroom blocks, administration building, multi-purpose building, dining hall and some dormitory areas have been prioritized for completion to serve the opening ceremony. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation at the end of September 2026.
Pho Bang School has also completed the main items to organize the opening ceremony and continue construction, striving to put the entire school into use by the end of September.
The urgent construction atmosphere also took place at Son Vi and Xin Man school sites.
In addition to 6 schools in border communes in phase 1, Tuyen Quang province is also implementing investment in 11 schools in phase 2.
New schools in border areas will contribute to improving the quality of education, lighting up the dream of literacy for highland students.
