Da Nang - Many gifts were given to children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances in Nui Thanh commune before the 2026 - 2027 school year.

On the occasion of the new school year, the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union organized the program "Together to School" in 2026 to support children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

Through mobilizing agencies, units, businesses and union members, the program received 38 million VND in cash and 60 gifts including notebooks, pens and school supplies.

At the program, the Organizing Committee presented 36 support packages, each worth 1 million VND, with a total budget of 36 million VND and 36 gifts for difficult cases.

According to the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union, the support is given at the right time to help families reduce the pressure of expenses at the beginning of the school year such as books, living expenses, and rent. Among those supported are students who have just been admitted to university and are preparing to start a life of studying far from home.

After the program, 2 million VND in cash and the remaining 24 gifts will continue to be managed and reviewed to support difficult cases appropriately.

Through the program "Together to school", the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union hopes to continue to mobilize social resources, making activities to support children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances a regular and practical care program.
