Proactively review enterprises without Trade Unions
News from the Trade Union of Cam Le ward, Da Nang city on September 14 said: identifying the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions as one of the key tasks, the Trade Union of Cam Le ward has proactively reviewed businesses that do not have trade union organizations.
Promote propaganda about the position and role of the Trade Union organization; and at the same time directly approach and mobilize employees to join the Trade Union and exchange with employers to create conditions for establishing Trade Union organizations at enterprises.
Through propaganda and mobilization, from August 2026 to now, the Ward Trade Union has newly established 08 grassroots trade unions with a total of 210 union members, including: Dr Bao Dental Co., Ltd., 19 union members; Classmethod Danang Co., Ltd., 25 union members; Son Jison Co., Ltd., 33 union members; Son Hung Vocational Education - Driver Training Center, 75 union members; DS Business Solutions Co., Ltd., 19 union members; LunarX Creative - Communication and Technology Solutions Co., Ltd. - Da Nang Branch, 20 union members; E&I Architecture - Interior Co., Ltd., 9 union members and Nu Cuoi Tam Hon Education Co., Ltd., 10 union members.
Consolidate the organization, build operating regulations
Mr. Dang Huu Duc - Chairman of Cam Le Ward Trade Union - said: along with the establishment of the organization, Cam Le Ward Trade Union focuses on guiding new grassroots trade unions to consolidate their organizations, build regulations and operating programs; gradually improving the quality of trade union activities right from the grassroots level.
In which, focus on the task of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; coordinate with employers to well implement grassroots democracy regulations, organize dialogues, care for life and jobs, and build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
According to Mr. Dang Huu Duc, in the coming time, Cam Le Ward Trade Union will continue to review businesses with a large number of workers and businesses that meet the conditions but have not yet established a Trade Union organization.
At the same time, diversify methods of approaching, propagating, and mobilizing workers to voluntarily join the Trade Union, striving to complete and exceed the target of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions in 2026.
