News from Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on September 13 said: Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union organized the announcement of the decision to establish a grassroots trade union at Dung An Phat One Member Limited Liability Company, admitting 17 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
At the announcement ceremony, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union, consisting of 3 members, was launched, received tasks and committed to promoting the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Trong Nguyen - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation, Party Committee member, Chairman of Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union proposed that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union soon develop an operating program and plan suitable to the actual situation.
At the same time, proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; coordinate with employers to well implement regimes and policies, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions and the admission of new union members contribute to expanding the Trade Union organization, strengthening the gathering of workers, and building the Lien Chieu Ward Trade Union organization to become increasingly strong.
