News from Cam Le Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on June 20 said: Cam Le Ward Trade Union in coordination with Cam Le Grassroots Social Insurance organized a conference to propagate labor law, Trade Union Law, Social Insurance Law, Health Insurance Law and dialogue and legal advice for officials, union members, and workers in the ward.
Attending the program were Mr. Tran Trung Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward; Mr. Ly Khanh Man - Deputy Director of Cam Le Grassroots Social Insurance; Mr. Dang Huu Duc - Member of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, Chairman of the ward Trade Union, along with members of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee of the ward Trade Union and representatives of affiliated grassroots trade unions.
At the conference, Cam Le Ward Trade Union and Cam Le Grassroots Social Insurance signed a Coordination Program for the period 2026 - 2030 to strengthen propaganda and dissemination of social insurance and health insurance policies, improve the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
In addition, the delegates listened to the reporter of Cam Le Grassroots Social Insurance disseminating and popularizing new points of the Law on Social Insurance, the Law on Health Insurance and regulations related to the rights and obligations of employees. The content of propaganda was presented briefly, easy to understand, closely following the practical issues that employees are interested in.
The highlight of the conference was the activity "Dialogue - Legal Consulting". In an open and frank atmosphere, many opinions and questions related to labor contracts, salary regimes, social insurance, health insurance, retirement benefits, dialogues at the workplace and issues arising during the working process were raised by union members and workers.
The contents of the exchange were answered specifically by the leaders of the Ward Trade Union and representatives of Cam Le grassroots Social Insurance, close to reality, helping workers better understand the provisions of law as well as their rights and obligations in labor relations.
Thereby, contributing to raising legal awareness, limiting labor disputes and consolidating union members' trust in the Trade Union organization.
