News from Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on July 20 said: To celebrate the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026) and the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026), Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union organizes the Program "Journey to the Source - To the Red Address" to educate revolutionary traditions, foster patriotism and national pride for trade union officials and members.
Participating in the program were representatives of leaders of the Party Building Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Cuong ward, the Ward Trade Union Executive Committee and representatives of the Executive Committees of grassroots trade unions directly under it.
Within the framework of the program, the delegation organized flower and incense offerings to commemorate at the Da Nang City Martyrs' Memorial; Nai Nam communal house and Hoa Cuong Ward Martyrs' Memorial Stele; and visited the K20 revolutionary historical relic site to learn about the heroic historical imprints of the homeland in the resistance wars.
Through the program, trade union officials and members have the opportunity to review the glorious revolutionary struggle tradition of the nation, and express gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
This is also a meaningful activity contributing to raising political awareness, fostering the spirit of responsibility, strengthening the connection between grassroots trade unions, thereby building an increasingly strong trade union organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.
