News from Hoa Khanh Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on August 4th said: Hoa Khanh Ward Trade Union organized a ceremony to announce decisions to establish 12 grassroots trade unions with 236 union members at the same time.
Mr. Tra Thanh Quang - Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Khanh Ward, Chairman of the Trade Union of Hoa Khanh Ward - said: To achieve this result, over the past time, the Trade Union of Hoa Khanh Ward has strongly innovated the method of mobilization, shifting from a passive approach to proactively accompanying businesses.
Instead of just propaganda in the traditional form, the Ward Trade Union has built specialized propaganda infographics suitable for each target group.
The ward trade union proactively works, guides and supports officials assigned by businesses to advise on organizational and personnel work in the process of researching and establishing grassroots trade unions; and at the same time maintains Zalo groups to answer and guide online, promptly removing difficulties and obstacles in the process of completing dossiers.
One of the outstanding solutions is the implementation of the "Online voluntary union membership application" model, helping workers easily register to join the Union on smartphones, contributing to shortening time, reducing paperwork and improving convenience in the process of developing union members.
For us, establishing a grassroots Trade Union is not the destination, but the starting point of a journey to accompany businesses and workers. The important thing is not only to have one more grassroots Trade Union, but that workers understand why they need to join the Trade Union, businesses see the value of the Trade Union organization and are willing to accompany and develop together. Only then will the grassroots Trade Union truly operate effectively and sustainably" - Mr. Tra Thanh Quang said.
Launching the Trade Union digital transformation ecosystem
On this occasion, Hoa Khanh Ward Trade Union launched the Trade Union Digital Transformation Ecosystem on the Zalo Mini App platform, with the starting point being the "Digital Trade Union - Digital Union Member" model and AI Chatbot "Digital Assistant".
This is not a single application but a platform connecting models, data and digital utilities to serve Trade Union activities on the same unified system.
The ecosystem integrates many functions such as AI Chatbot "Digital Assistant" to support answering information, nghiệp vụ and policies; receiving online feedback and recommendations from union members in the spirit of the "Listen to the People" program; registering work schedules online; sending electronic invitations with just a few operations; electronic form system; database serving emulation - commendation work, management of Trade Union activities...
Mr. Tra Thanh Quang said that the construction of the digital transformation ecosystem reflects the innovation orientation of Hoa Khanh Ward Trade Union in applying technology to improve the quality of service to union members with a consistent viewpoint: Digital transformation does not replace Trade Union officials; digital transformation helps Trade Union officials reach union members faster, closer and serve better.
Also on this occasion, Hoa Khanh Ward Trade Union assessed the results of activities in the first 6 months of the year, praised collectives and individuals who have made many contributions to Trade Union work and the movement of workers, civil servants, and laborers; and at the same time deployed key tasks for the last 6 months of 2026.
