The 1st Hoa Xuan Ward Trade Union Congress (Da Nang City) for the 2025-2030 term held on October 11, set a goal of innovating the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, focusing on caring for the lives, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the same time, it is necessary to promote propaganda and mobilize union members to participate in patriotic emulation movements, build a team of cadres, civil servants and public employees "discipline - responsibility - creativity - efficiency".
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Le Van Dai - Permanent Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation - praised the efforts of the ward union staff and members in the past time, and emphasized: "The establishment and consolidation of the Hoa Xuan Ward Union organization is a step to concretize the policy of innovating the union operating model in the direction of streamlining, efficiency, and closeness to the grassroots. This is also a condition for local trade unions to promote their representative role and better care for the lives of union members, workers and civil servants in the area.
The 1st Congress of the Hoa Xuan Ward Trade Union is an important milestone, affirming the maturity of the grassroots trade union organization since Hoa Xuan Ward operated under the two-level government model. The ward union is under the Da Nang City Labor Federation and is a member of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, thereby opening a new development stage for the movement of workers, civil servants and laborers in the locality.
On this occasion, the Da Nang City Labor Federation announced the decision to appoint the Hoa Xuan Ward Trade Union Executive Committee, consisting of 11 members. Ms. Nguyen Thi Do was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Hoa Xuan Ward Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
