Joining the bustling atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival, with the desire to share and bring a warm and loving moon to union members and workers far from home in especially difficult circumstances, the Volunteer Team and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Dreamtech Vietnam Co., Ltd. have coordinated to organize a meaningful program called "Sending love - Sending the full love of the Mid-Autumn Festival". The program directly visited the boarding house and presented gifts to 10 union members in difficult circumstances, far from home.
This is a practical action, demonstrating the deep concern of enterprises and trade unions for the material and spiritual life of workers. Each gift given, although small in material things, contains a shared heart, sincere care and the best wishes, helping union members have more motivation and feel warm in their days away from home.
The total value of each gift is about 1,500,000 VND, contributed from the fund of the company's Charity Board in collaboration with the Trade Union. The gifts are extremely practical, including: From the company's Volunteer Board: 1 from kitchen, 1 bowl of pho noodles, 1 box of fresh milk, 1 set of towel, 1 summer coat; from the company's Trade Union: 1 bag of laundry detergent, 1 bottle of cooking oil, 1 box of moon cakes.
Sharing about the significance of the program, Member of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Do Giang Thanh Company emphasized: "When union members and workers see practical concern for those in difficult circumstances, union members and workers will trust the company as well as the trade union organization. At that time, the gap will no longer exist, union members and employees in the company will proactively share their thoughts and aspirations."
This activity not only lit up the full night for 10 union member families but also spread a positive message of humanity and sharing in the business community, contributing to affirming the role of the trade union organization and the responsibility of the company in building harmonious, stable, progressive labor relations, creating a humane and cohesive working environment.
