News from Tam Ky Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on March 14th said: The Ward Trade Union organized a conference to propagate the responsibilities, obligations, and rights of union members and workers regarding the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
This is an activity to raise awareness and responsibility of union members and workers in participating in the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, and at the same time respond to activities to celebrate Vietnam Social Work Day (March 25).
At the conference, trade union members, officials, civil servants and employees in the ward were informed of basic contents about the meaning and importance of the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels, and legal regulations on elections.
At the same time, clarify the rights, responsibilities and obligations of each citizen, especially trade union members and workers in participating in the election.
Thereby, contributing to raising political awareness and sense of responsibility of union members in selecting typical delegates who have sufficient qualities and capacity to represent the will and aspirations of the people.
In addition to the content of propaganda about elections, the conference also integrated propaganda about the meaning of Vietnam Social Work Day (March 25), contributing to raising awareness of officials, union members and workers about the role of social work in community life; promoting the spirit of sharing and supporting vulnerable groups in society.
Through the conference, the Tam Ky Ward Trade Union wishes each union member and worker to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, actively propagate and mobilize relatives and people to well exercise their rights and citizens' obligations, contributing to the successful organization of the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
