The election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term is very close. Identifying this as a major political event of the country, units under the Mobile Police Command (CSCĐ) - Ministry of Public Security have proactively developed plans, deployed forces, and are ready to absolutely protect security and safety for the "festival of the country".
At Special Task Force Team No. 1 - one of the elite combat units of the Mobile Police force, preparation work was deployed urgently and synchronously. Officers and soldiers throughout the unit were disseminated and thoroughly grasped the resolutions and plans related to election participation, as well as the task of ensuring security and order during the event.
According to Colonel Nguyen Duc Khanh - Head of Special Task Force Team No. 1, Unit Command - has proactively deployed tasks to each working team and all officers and soldiers from early on.
Specific plans are built to ensure that forces both exercise their rights and citizens' obligations on election day and successfully complete the task of protecting security and safety for this important political event.
According to the plan, 100% of officers and soldiers of the unit will be on duty at the unit in the days before, during and after the election.
The Unit Command has developed specific combat plans, ready to respond to unexpected situations that may arise. At the same time, we organize reviews and inspections of equipment, weapons, and vehicles, ensuring that forces are always ready to deploy when assigned tasks by superiors," Colonel Nguyen Duc Khanh said.
Careful preparation of both personnel and vehicles is identified as an important factor to improve the ability to react quickly and promptly to handle situations related to security and order.
In addition to direct combat forces, specialized units are also actively deploying preparation work. At the Training and Use of Professional Animals Center under the Mobile Police Command, many security assurance plans for the election day have been developed and regular training has been organized.
Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Duc Than - Deputy Director of the Center - said that the unit has developed plans to use sniffer dogs to protect targets before, during and after the election.
“Based on the plan approved by the leaders of the Mobile Police Command, we organize regular training for officers and soldiers and nghiệp vụ dogs to improve their ability to implement plans such as bomb and mine screening, hostage rescue, dispersal of crowds causing security and order disturbances...”, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Duc Than said.
According to the Center's leaders, in addition to training, the unit also develops plans to arrange forces, vehicles and nghiệp vụ dogs suitable for each specific situation. Task forces are always ready to receive tasks and promptly handle arising situations upon request.
