Road Traffic Police Team No. 15 (CSGT) - Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police has just made a record of handling a truck driver for transporting goods without binding according to regulations, driving a vehicle with a shielded license plate.
Previously, the Traffic Police Department received a reflection on social networks about a truck showing signs of violations when participating in traffic. According to images recorded by passersby, the truck was carrying goods like concrete bricks, on top of the brick layer, the driver added a plank, and at the same time placed many bags of cement on the plank.
While moving, the plank swayed back and forth. "I was just afraid of encountering a bumpy road where several bags of cement fell down, which would be very dangerous" - the person who posted the video on social networks commented.
After receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department directed the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police to verify and handle according to regulations.
Through verification, functional forces identified the vehicle driver as Ms. N.T. T. H (born in 1982, residing in Dong Anh, Hanoi), driving a truck with license plate 89C-14. XXX.
Functional agencies determined that the driver had committed two violations, including: transporting goods on a vehicle that must be tied but not tied according to regulations and driving a vehicle with a covered license plate.
According to the provisions of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP of the Government, the total penalty for the above acts is 33 million VND, and drivers are deducted 6 points from their driver's licenses.
At the police station, driver N.T. T. H admitted the violation and agreed with the form of handling according to regulations.
