In the first quarter of 2025, the Quang Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) focused on directing the synchronous implementation of many key tasks, notably the work of reorganizing the apparatus, evaluating and classifying trade union organizations, cadres, union members and developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions.
The Provincial Federation of Labor has completed the assessment and classification of trade union organizations, cadres, union members and organized a conference to review collectives and individuals for management leaders in 2024. The results of the classification of grassroots trade union organizations have been compiled and reported to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor according to regulations.
Along with that, the Provincial Federation of Labor has implemented the assignment of targets for developing union members in 2025, disseminating and thoroughly grasping contents related to developing union members, establishing grassroots unions, ensuring the completion of the set goals. Since the beginning of the year, the whole province has established 5 new grassroots unions and admitted 71 new union members.
Regarding the organization and apparatus, the Provincial Federation of Labor has reorganized in the spirit of Resolution 18-NQ/TW. Accordingly, the organizational model of the Provincial Federation of Labor was streamlined from 4 departments to 3 professional departments.
