On April 19, Mr. Tran To Nhan - Chairman of Bao Lam District Labor Federation said that the unit had organized a launching ceremony for Workers' Month and responded to the "month of action on occupational safety and hygiene" in 2025.
The event attracted the participation of many leaders of agencies, units, enterprises, and union members and workers in the district.
According to Mr. Nhan, the activity aims to practically celebrate the country's major holidays: the 50th Anniversary of the complete Liberation of the South and National Reunification (30.4.4) and the 135th Anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (15.9).
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the District Labor Federation coordinated with the Center for Culture - Sports and Communications to organize the 12th Traditional Men's Volleyball Tournament.
The tournament is an annual activity of the District Labor Federation, this year attracting 18 teams with more than 200 athletes participating in the competition and hundreds of union members and workers to cheer.
The tournament is a healthy playground for union members and workers in Bao Lam district. At the same time, promote the movement of sports training, improve health and discover and nurture the core to compete in high tournaments...
On this occasion, Bao Lam District Labor Federation also presented 15 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, each gift worth 500,000 VND.
"This is the activity that started in the Workers' Month in 2025 towards union members and workers. These activities also practically celebrate the Party congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party, Mr. Tran To Nhan affirmed.
