News from Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on June 20 said: Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union organized a conference to announce the decision to establish grassroots trade unions and admit new trade union members.
Accordingly, 3 new trade unions were established with 89 members, including the grassroots trade union of Ket Noi So Technical Joint Stock Company (53 members); the grassroots trade union of Lien Minh Inox Co., Ltd. (20 members), and the grassroots trade union of Hoang Ty Fire Prevention and Fighting Technical Co., Ltd. (16 members).
At the decision announcement conference, Mr. Phan Van Sang - Chairman of the Ward Trade Union highly appreciated the concern of the leaders of the 3 companies for creating favorable conditions for the Ward Trade Union to organize propaganda and mobilize workers to participate in trade union organizations.
Affirming the role, responsibility and necessity of the Trade Union organization in enterprises, Mr. Phan Van Sang requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to soon develop operating regulations, pay attention to and care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
At the same time, promote the representative role, actively propagate and mobilize union members to well comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws, accompany businesses in production and business, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Representatives of company leaders also expressed their agreement with the establishment of trade union organizations at enterprises; committed to coordinating and creating favorable conditions for grassroots trade unions to operate effectively.
