Mr. Kim Trong Binh - Team Leader of Parking Service Team, Parking Service Center, Vietnam Airport Ground Services Co., Ltd. (VIAGS) Tan Son Nhat:
During my working time, I unfortunately suffered acute cerebral infarction, had to be actively treated and underwent a long rehabilitation process. As the main breadwinner of the family, when my health declined, the economic burden also weighed heavily on my loved ones.
In the most difficult time, I was directly visited, encouraged and given financial support of 106,300,000 VND by the Trade Union of Vietnam Airlines Corporation and VIAGS Trade Union. The timely sharing of the Trade Union of Vietnam Airlines Corporation and VIAGS Trade Union helped my family have more conditions for treatment, and at the same time added faith for me to continue fighting illness.
For me, the most precious thing is to feel the sincere concern of the Trade Union organization and colleagues. "The Trade Union has not left anyone behind" is not just a saying, but something I really feel in my situation.
Mr. Nguyen Hoang Do - staff of the Domestic Team, Passenger Service Center, VIAGS Da Nang:

I am being treated for end-stage chronic kidney failure and have to have regular dialysis. Each time I go into treatment is a time to face pressure and fatigue both physically and mentally.
In the most difficult times, what moved me was the companionship of the Trade Union organization. Representatives of VIAGS Trade Union and Da Nang Branch Trade Union directly came to the hospital to visit, encourage and provide support of 60 million VND. This amount of money helps my family reduce the burden of treatment costs, so that I can feel secure in my treatment and have more faith in the road ahead.
What I cherish most is not only material support but also the sincere care and timely encouragement from Trade Union levels. I am really grateful that the Trade Union was present at the time I needed it most, always accompanying me as well as many other workers in difficult circumstances. That sharing has added motivation for me to persevere in treatment and try to overcome my illness.
Ms. Ha Thi Hue - worker of Biel Crystal Vietnam Production Co., Ltd. (Bac Ninh):

The Trade Union not only shares with cases of health incidents but also cares for the lives of workers with practical actions in daily life. I still remember the joy of being one of the workers with good achievements who was praised and given gifts by the company's Trade Union on the occasion of Workers' Month 2026.
For me, gifts such as soap, shampoo, backpacks are all essential items, which can be used for many months, helping workers save a significant amount of spending. The Trade Union also provides gifts to support union members in difficult circumstances.
In the context of increasing prices of many essential goods, gifts, although not large in value, are very practical, contributing to reducing spending pressure for workers. For me, it is also a recognition of efforts in work and a source of motivation to continue to stick with the business.
