Through activities to promote and raise awareness among female civil servants, public employees, and workers (CCVCLD) about the meaning of International Women's Day 8.3, the rise of Hai Ba Trung, the International Day of Happiness 20.3 and honoring the beauty of Vietnamese women.
In addition, care, visit, give gifts, and encourage the material and spiritual life of female civil servants and employees in difficult circumstances to rise up in life, excellently completing their tasks, with a total amount of over 800 million VND.
On this occasion, the Provincial Trade Union launched and encouraged female employees to wear Ao Dai when attending celebrations, traditional days, major holidays... in accordance with the conditions and characteristics of the profession, ensuring convenience and labor safety, in order to spread the beauty of Ao Dai at work and place of residence.
The Provincial Trade Union has donated over 300 sets of Ao Dai to women in remote, isolated and border areas in Dien Bien province.
In addition, focus on promoting, commending and rewarding typical female civil servants and employees in advanced fields, in work, study, work, and emulation "Good at public affairs, good at housework".
