Ms. Lau Thi Thanh Huong - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor - said that this is a practical activity to celebrate the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day on March 8, 1985 and the anniversary of Hai Ba Trung's initiation and International Day of Happiness on March 20.
In particular, the program is also associated with the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Women's Union, the 62nd anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Trade Union and the celebration of the Party Congresses at all levels.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Ha - Head of the Women's Union of the Provincial General Hospital, to facilitate medical examination and treatment activities, the Women's Union has chosen a time to encourage and motivate women to wear ao dai suitable to their conditions and professional characteristics, ensuring convenience and safety.
In addition, the hospital union has developed a plan to organize a photo contest with the theme adorable female health workers in Ao Dai at Dien Bien General Hospital in 2025 Ms. Thuy Ha said.
