According to the weekly work plan from May 11-17, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation will organize a meeting of party members and workers in non-state enterprises combined with commending outstanding party members in studying and following Uncle Ho for the first time in 2026.
The activity aims to recognize and commend party members and workers who have made many contributions in labor and production, actively participate in emulation movements at enterprises, and at the same time spread good models and effective ways of working among workers in the province.
In addition, the Provincial Labor Federation continues to promote propaganda and mobilization to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions and professional unions. During the week, trade union establishment conferences in Phuoc Hau, Long Chau and Phu Khuong wards will be implemented according to plan.
The work of inspecting and supervising the compliance with legal regulations on labor, occupational safety and health, social insurance, unemployment insurance and occupational accident and disease insurance continues to be carried out at 5 enterprises in the province.
Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation also attended the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031 in Hanoi; and at the same time prepared the content of organizing a dialogue between provincial leaders and workers, expected to take place on May 24.
