On February 3, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation visited, presented gifts, and encouraged workers at Lefaso Tra Vinh Industrial Investment and Production Joint Stock Company (Lefaso Tra Vinh Company) on the occasion of Binh Ngo Tet 2026.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Le Duy Khuong - General Director of Lefaso Tra Vinh Company - said that in 2025, the enterprise will face many fluctuations due to the impact of US market tariffs and global economic recession. In that context, the company still strives to maintain stable jobs for workers, with an average salary of about 6.8 million VND/person/month.
Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized that taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers during Tet is the central task of the Trade Union organization.
Mr. Linh said that from the support sources of the Central Government, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and trade union financial funds, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation has allocated over 12,000 gifts to union members and workers throughout the province, with a total budget of nearly 7 billion VND.
At Lefaso Tra Vinh Company, the Provincial Labor Federation presented 289 gifts, with a total value of nearly 140 million VND, to union members and workers from sources such as the online Trade Union Tet Market, and the Tet Sum vay program.
On this occasion, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation directly presented 20 gifts to 20 union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
Within the framework of the program, the grassroots Trade Union of Lefaso Tra Vinh Company also summarized its activities in 2025.
The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union has implemented many practical activities in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; promoting the emulation movement for labor production and the initiative movement for innovation.
As a result, the grassroots Trade Union considered and commended 60 union members who are direct production workers with outstanding achievements in trade union work and 83 union members with typical achievements in the 2025 innovation and improvement movement.
At the program, the grassroots Trade Union of Lefaso Tra Vinh Company commended 10 union members for excellently completing trade union work tasks and 10 union members with outstanding achievements in the innovation and improvement movement.
