VNPT Tay Ninh Trade Union has just organized a Mid-Autumn Festival gift giving activity for union members and workers in the unit. Although the gifts are not of great value, they are meaningful and demonstrate the concern of the trade union organization for the spiritual life of cadres and employees.
Ms. Thai Thi Kim Lien - Chairwoman of VNPT Tay Ninh Trade Union said that the program was implemented with the desire to bring joy to workers, while creating more motivation for the collective to make more efforts in work, completing production and business targets.
Caring activities during the Mid-Autumn Festival have become an annual feature at VNPT Tay Ninh. Through that, the trade union demonstrated its role as a companion to workers, caring both materially and spiritually, while contributing to strengthening the spirit of solidarity and attachment in the unit.
This is also considered one of the practical activities, aiming to build a stable working environment, encouraging long-term attachment between employees and businesses.
