The event took place in Ben Luc commune with the participation of about 700 officials under the Industrial Park Trade Union Board. Mr. Tran Le Duy - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation attended and directed.
At the conference, delegates were introduced to the contents related to the model of organizing two-level local governments, the current methods of operation of trade unions, as well as the role of the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee in receiving and managing grassroots trade unions. At the same time, many topics on developing union members, building grassroots unions, negotiating and signing collective labor agreements, and implementing democratic regulations at the workplace were also implemented.
In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor also solicited comments on the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress, documents of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, and some contents related to trade union congresses at all levels. The issue of funding, union membership fees and new regulations were also informed to participating officials.
Previously, in An Tinh ward, a conference was held with the participation of more than 200 union officials, aiming to prepare the core force, creating the premise for the comprehensive training activities that have just taken place.
The training activity is considered an important preparation step, contributing to improving the capacity of trade union officials, while orienting the implementation of key tasks, aiming to successfully complete the work plan for 2025.
